HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

RETURN POLICY:

  • WE DO NOT COVER YOUR SHIPPING COSTS BACK TO US.
  • WE DO OFFER MONEY BACK RETURNS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. MERCHANDISE IS  ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT 
  • ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE
  • WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED/EXCHANGE GARMENTS WITH MAKE UP,  STAINS, OR DAMAGES IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU

EXCHANGES:

  • EXCHANGE REQUEST MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE 
  • CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS TO OUR WAREHOUSE & BACK
  • AVAILABILITY OF THE REPLACEMENT ITEM IS NOT GAURENTEED. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL NOTIFICATION UPON THE COMPLETION OF THE EXCHANGING PROCESS. EXCHANGES MAY TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING IF ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE & REQUIRES PRODUCTION ON IT.
  • WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED/EXCHANGE GARMENTS WITH MAKE UP, STAINS, OR DAMAGES IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU
  • CUSTOMER PAYS SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEED TO BE EXCHANGED

STORE CREDIT: 

  • IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM AND DO NOT WANT TO EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME ITEM IN A DIFFERENT SIZE, YOU WILL BE ISSUED A CREDIT
  • YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION UPON THE RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN. 

DAMAGED ITEMS BY CONSUMERS: 

  • ALL MERCHANDISE IS INSPECTED THROUGHLY BEFORE SHIPPING, WE CANNOT TAKE FAULT ON DAMANGE ITEMS AFTER THEY ARE WORN. 
  • PLEASE ENSURE ACCURATE SIZING IS CHOSEN. IF AN ITEM FEELS LIKE IT DOES NOT FIT PLEASE DO NOT FORCE IT OTHERWISE IT WILL DAMAGE THE ITEM AND WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES IF THEY ARE DAMAGE WHILE TRYING ON
